These general terms and conditions (the "Terms", the "Agreement") apply between you and Black Sheep Streaming, org. no. 559519-9737, Åsögatan 133, 116 24 Stockholm, Sweden ("we", “our”, “us”, "Black Sheep") when you as a viewer use our platform (the "Platform") for the purpose of viewing content made available on the Platform (the "Service"). In these Terms, a viewer means you who use your account on the Platform to view content made available on the Platform.
The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Black Sheep that governs your use of the Service. We therefore recommend that you read the Terms carefully.
1 - GENERAL
To use the Service, you must accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you do not have the right to use the Service. If you use the Service in breach of these Terms, Black Sheep may be entitled to restrict your access to the Platform and/or the Service and suspend your account, and in some cases be entitled to compensation from you. To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old or otherwise old enough to enter into a legally binding contract under the law of your place of residence. A parent or guardian may create an account for a child under the age of 18, but will then become a party to the contract with Black Sheep and as such be responsible for ensuring that all activity from the account complies with these Terms. You may never use the Service if it is prohibited or if you are otherwise not authorised to use the Service under the law of your country of residence.
2 - CHANGE OF TERMS
Black Sheep has a unilateral right to make additions or changes to these Terms. Black Sheep will inform you of any additions or changes to the Terms by making the updated Terms available on the Platform for your acceptance. You accept and agree to any additions and changes to the Terms when you accept the updated version of the Terms, which will then apply from the dates specified in the updated Terms. In order to continue using the Service, all updated Terms must be accepted. The Terms that apply when a specific content is uploaded or otherwise made available on the Platform will continue to apply to that specific content as long as the content is available on the Platform.
3 - CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON THE PLATFORM
In order to use the Service, i.e. to view content made available on the Platform, you must create a user account. Please note that it is very important that you provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping the contact details in your account up to date at all times. The account is personal and non-transferable. It is essential that you keep your password secret and use it in a secure manner. You are responsible for all activity from your account. If you make a purchase on the Platform without first registering an account, you consent to Black Sheep creating an account for you. We will then e-mail you your log-in details after which you can log in on the Platform and update the required information. Even if Black Sheep creates an account for you, you are solely responsible for all activities from your account.
4 - YOUR OBLIGATIONS WHEN USING THE PLATFORM
4.1 Your general obligations
Your account on the Platform must not be used in violation of these Terms. If you become aware that your account is being used in violation of these Terms, e.g. through a breach of security or unauthorised use of your account, you must notify Black Sheep immediately in writing. By creating an account, you accept that you are solely responsible for all activities from your account.
By using the Platform, you undertake:
· Not to externally distribute any part of the content from the Platform, except as authorised by, for example, the Platform's sharing features,
· Not to change or distort any part of the Platform or the Service,
· Not to grant yourself access to content in any other way than through the video player the Platform allows,
· Not to contribute in any way to disrupting the functions of the Platform or otherwise restricting the use of the Platform,
· Not to use the Platform for commercial purposes, such as selling access to the Platform or advertising or marketing products on the Platform, unless these functions are provided in the Service,
· Not to collect information about other users of the Platform for the purpose of sending mass e-mails or spam or to sell such information to third parties,
· Not to collect content in any other way than what is allowed when using the Platform or the Service, which means that bypassing copyright locks, downloading, copying, distributing and using another user's content outside the Platform is forbidden unless the owner of the content has consented to such use,
· Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, show, sell, licence or use other users' or Black Sheep's content without written consent from the owner of the content or other such rights holder, and not to violate applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Internet connection requirements
To access and stream content on the Platform, you must have a stable internet connection that meets or exceeds the following recommended speeds:
It is your responsibility to ensure that your internet service meets these requirements. Actual streaming performance may vary based on network congestion, Wi-Fi performance, ISP throttling, and device capabilities. Black Sheep is not responsible for playback issues caused by insufficient bandwidth, unstable connections, or data caps imposed by your internet service provider (ISP).
We recommend using a wired Ethernet connection or a high-quality Wi-Fi network (minimum 5 GHz Wi-Fi for HD streaming) to achieve the best streaming experience. Mobile network speeds (3G, 4G LTE, 5G) may fluctuate, and streaming quality may be affected by your data plan limitations.
4.3 Geo-Restrictions & Prohibited Use of VPNs and Similar Tools
Black Sheep provides access to content based on geographic licensing agreements and regional availability. By using the Service, you agree not to use any tools or methods to bypass these restrictions, including but not limited to:

Your access to content is based on your actual geographic location as determined by Black Sheep. If you travel to a different country, your access may be limited or modified based on local content rights. Using any circumvention tools is a violation of these Terms.
5 - PURCHASE OF ACCESS
As a viewer, you may pay for access to the content made available on the Platform. You may choose to pay the Fee via the payment service(s) provided by Black Sheep from time to time for the Platform. As a viewer, you understand that Black Sheep does not assume any responsibility for payment services, or for any losses due to unauthorised use of your debit card, credit card or other means of payment, provided by a third party in connection with your use of the Service. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and a third party’s terms of use, these Terms shall prevail between you and Black Sheep.
6 - SUBSCRIPTION
6.1 Subscription options
Black Sheep offers subscription-based access to its streaming content and services, available in the following plans:
By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6.2 Features & Content Availability
The content, benefits, and features associated with each subscription plan (collectively referred to as "Subscription Benefits") are outlined at the time of signup. Black Sheep reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription, including but not limited to:
Such modifications may occur due to licensing agreements, content availability, technological advancements, or business requirements. Any significant changes to the Subscription Benefits will be communicated through reasonable means, such as email notifications or updates on our platform. An annual subscription will be automatically renewed for 12 months at a time unless it is terminated at the latest 30 days before the end of the current subscription term. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. If cancelled, access will remain until the end of the current billing cycle, but no further charges will apply. This means, for example, that if you sign up for a subscription on January 15th and you want the subscription to end in April, you need to terminate the subscription on March 15th at the latest.
6.3 User Acknowledgment
By continuing to use Black Sheep after any changes to the subscription features or pricing, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7 - REFUND
7.1 General Refund Terms
All payments for Black Sheep subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and that continued access to Black Sheep is provided until the end of the paid period, even if you choose to cancel before the next renewal date.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds as either full or prorated, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
7.4 Cancellation & Future Charges
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. Future charges will not apply, but past payments will not be refunded unless covered under the eligibility criteria above.
8 - COMPLAINT
We always strive to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with the Service. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at support.blacksheepstreaming.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation. You can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN): Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden Box 174101 23 Stockholm, or to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. We do not undertake to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings or to comply with a decision issued by such institution, but we will take a final stand on the matter in the event of a dispute/issued decision.
9 - INDEMNITY
As a viewer, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Sheep against any and all claims and demands made against Black Sheep as a result of your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
10 - CHANGES AND TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE AND/OR PLATFORM
Black Sheep continuously works to update the Service and the Platform to create the optimal user experience. Black Sheep may change the Service and/or the Platform over time, without prior notice. Black Sheep may also temporarily or permanently and without prior notice cease to provide the Platform and thus terminate your account. In the event that you breach any of the terms of this Agreement, Black Sheep is entitled to terminate the Agreement and deny you further access to the Service and/or Platform. Black Sheep may further terminate the Agreement if changes in legislation make it illegal for Black Sheep to provide the Service and/or Platform, or if the Service and/or Platform is no longer commercially viable. As a user of the Platform, you have the right to terminate the Agreement with Black Sheep at any time by sending a message to Black Sheep or deleting your account on the Platform. Please note, however, that for subscription services, a cancellation period applies as stated above undersection 6. In the event of termination of the service, Black Sheep will provide reasonable notice unless immediate termination is required by law or to protect the integrity of the Platform
11 - WARRANTIES
Black Sheep provides the Service and the Platform without warranty. However, the provisions of these Terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. The Service and the Platform are provided “as is”. This means that Black Sheep does not guarantee that the Service and/or the Platform will function in accordance with your expectations or without errors and omissions. Nor does Black Sheep guarantee that the information made available within the framework of the Service and the Platform is accurate or reliable.
12 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Black Sheep is not liable for any indirect damage arising in connection with your use of the Service and/or the Platform. Black Sheep is not liable for errors and omissions in the Service and/or Platform that are outside of Black Sheep’s control. Black Sheep is further not liable for the lost content or for content that is removed or distorted in connection with the Service and/or Platform. The Service and the Platform may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Black Sheep. Black Sheep is not liable for the content of such websites. Black Sheep is further not liable for any loss or damage arising from the content of such external websites or other sources. Black Sheep is not responsible for issues related to third-party payment providers, including but not limited to unauthorized transactions, failed payments, or service disruptions caused by those providers.
13 - PROSSECING OF PERSONAL DATA
As personal data controller, Black Sheep will process uploaded information and other personal data that you provide when using the Platform. Before using the Platform, you will therefore be asked to confirm that you have read Black Sheep’s privacy policy, which is available through the link in the footer of https://blacksheepstreaming.com. Black Sheep's privacy policy contains information on how Black Sheep will process the personal data that you provide when using the Platform.
14 - COOKIES

15 - ASSIGNMENT
Your obligations and rights under these Terms may not assigned to another user. However, Black Sheep is entitled to transfer these Terms and associated rights without your consent.
16 - INVALIDITY
If these Terms or any part thereof should be considered void or invalid the other terms and conditions of the Terms shall remain in force and shall be limited, amended or separated to the extent necessary to remove such invalidity, so that other parts of the Terms remain valid and enforceable.

18 - APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the applicable law, which is usually the law of the country in which you reside. A competent general court shall finally settle all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Black Sheep reserves the right to apply for interim measures or initiate other types of legal actions, also within other jurisdictions
